Current Opportunities

1. Experienced Traffic Controllers

• Immediate start for DAY/NIGHT shifts

• Work with a leading traffic management company

• Roles available across Metropolitan Melbourne and the Gippsland Region

2. Driver Positions

• Take-home vehicle available for eligible candidates

• Average driver income exceeded $70,000 over the past 12 months, with top earners making over $80,000 annually (dependent on experience, availability, and performance).

3. TMA Drivers

• Seeking experienced TMA drivers for the eastern suburbs

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and dedicated traffic controllers to join our team. You'll work on a variety of day and night crews handling asphalt, utility, vegetation management, and other projects. While employment is on a casual basis, candidates who demonstrate strong availability, high-quality service, and a positive attitude can enjoy consistent hours and rewarding opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered, you must have:

Traffic Control Certifications:

• Combined TC1 (RIISS00058 & RIISS00060)

• Combined TC2 (RIISS00059 & RIISS00061)

• TMI3

• OR (if obtained prior to 1 March 2024):

  • RIIWHS302E - Implement Traffic Management Plan

  • RIIWHS205E - Control Traffic with a Stop/Slow Bat

Additional Certifications:

• White/Red Construction Induction Card

• First Aid & CPR

Preferred:

• Manual driver’s license

Preferred Experience

• Previous traffic control experience

• Crew leader capability
