About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee/Offsider to join our team at Proper Sealing Solutions. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the trades and services industry. Meet at company warehouse in Mitchelton, 4053 most morning with potential to start straight on site also.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting our skilled tradespeople with a variety of tasks, including material handling, tool preparation, and basic installation work

• Learning on-the-job techniques and best practices from experienced team members

• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What we're looking for

• A willingness to learn and a keen interest in the trades and services industry

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• Basic physical fitness and stamina to handle physical labour
