Waverley College is seeking applications for a Visual Arts Teacher to join our team for Terms 3 and 4, 2025. This is a fixed-term position for four days per week (Monday to Thursday), with the possibility of extension. Successful candidates will display the following skills and attributes:
Have experience teaching Visual Arts Stages 4 - 5
Be a collegial and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes
Be confident with integrating technology in teaching and learning experiences
Be confident in employing a data-informed approach to differentiating the curriculum to cater to all types of learners
Be confident in utilising formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
Have excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing
