Fixed-Term, Part-time Contract - Terms 3 and 4 2025

Waverley College is seeking applications for a Visual Arts Teacher to join our team for Terms 3 and 4, 2025. This is a fixed-term position for four days per week (Monday to Thursday), with the possibility of extension. Successful candidates will display the following skills and attributes:

  • Have experience teaching Visual Arts Stages 4 - 5

  • Be a collegial and collaborative contributor to a successful department committed to improving educational outcomes

  • Be confident with integrating technology in teaching and learning experiences

  • Be confident in employing a data-informed approach to differentiating the curriculum to cater to all types of learners

  • Be confident in utilising formative and summative assessments to drive student progress

  • Have excellent classroom management skills focused on student wellbeing
