We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join the team at our warehouse based in Girraween.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling product pickup and delivery
Coordinate with couriers and transport companies for timely pickups
Liaising with internal sales team
Liaising with freight companies to track consignments/gather POD’s etc. when required
Invoicing and filing associated paperwork
Data entry/scanning of paperwork
Ad-hoc duties (such as picking/packing/cleaning) as requested by your direct manager
Key Skills
You possess Full Australian Working Rights
At least 6 months experience in dispatch environment or similar role
Confident with ERP systems for invoicing – Pronto experienced preferred but not necessary
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills
High levels of customer service for internal and external stakeholders
