About the Role:

As a Parts Warehouse employee, you will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our parts department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and organising parts and components
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and updating our database
  • Processing customer orders and providing comprehensive product information
  • Tracking inventory movement, conducting regular stock counts, and identifying issues such as damaged or missing parts
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment
  • Upholding a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
  • Delivering parts locally and assisting with loading and unloading stock

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A valid Australian driver’s license
  • Previous experience in a similar role (automotive experience preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive work ethic
  • Competent computer skills
  • A forklift license is desirable; training can be provided if needed
