Warranty Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for processing and managing vehicle warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and supporting the service department with warranty-related administration across our fleet of brands.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently

• Liaise with the manufacturer to ensure timely claim approvals

• Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and follow up on outstanding claims

• Work within the compliance requirements for manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines

• Investigate and resolve any rejected or disputed claims

• Support the service department with warranty-related queries and administrative tasks

   

What we’re looking for:

A keen eye and attention to detail 

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong data entry and administration skills

Relevant experience in automotive warranty, service or workshop

Strong organisational skills and good time management

A commitment to continuos improvement
