About the role We are seeking an experienced Automotive Glazier (Windscreen Fitter) to join our team at Mobile Windscreens and Tinting in Sydney, NSW. As a fulltime member of our skilled team, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing windscreens and other automotive glass with speed, precision and exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Assess and diagnose vehicle glass issues, providing recommendations to customers
Carefully remove and replace windscreens and other automotive glass
Perform high-quality repairs to damaged windscreens and other glass
Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and safety requirements
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Assist with the administration of jobs and inventory management as required
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Automotive Glazier or Windscreen Fitter
Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive glass issues
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
