Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise end-to-end time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and compliance
- Configure and maintain Workforce Software modules, including integrations with SuccessFactors and third-party systems
- Analyse T&A data to identify trends and propose improvements
- Ensure alignment with company policies, labour laws, and industry regulations
- Provide end-user training and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Drive key projects, feature implementations, and client workshops
Experience required: -
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workforce Software time and attendance solutions
- Strong consulting skills in client-facing environments
- Experience in job scheduling, process analysis, and enterprise agreement interpretation
- Solid understanding of labour law compliance within T&A systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
