The Opportunity Be the heart of the workplace and first point of engagement with customers Elevate the customer experience every day through front of house activities Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations Facilities administration work – purchase orders, data and maintenance registers Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with our client We are looking for full-time availability – this is a maternity leave cover Our Ideal Person Is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks Approachable and skilled in building genuine rapport and fostering positive relationships Experience in customer service and/or front of house / client facing in a professional / corporate environment Confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to think quickly on their feet and problem solve Intermediate to advanced skill level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel and Outlook Previous experience in facilities, property, or related role desired What’s in it for you?
