Maintenance & Handyperson Services - Part time & Full time

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled maintenance contractor to join our maintenance team in a part time or full time capacity.

Ionic Projects provides general maintenance and handyman services to a large portfolio of residential, commercial and strata complexes. 

We are looking for a multi skilled contractor that is reliable, well organised and can offer a high quality finish for all works undertaken. 

Responsibilities will include general maintenance, painting, patching, tile grouting, gardening, paving repairs, gutter cleaning. Experience with tiling, carpentry and roof plumbing will also be highly regarded.   

To be successful you will be required to have:

·         A proven track record of undertaking maintenance works  

·         Minimum 5 years experience

·         Ability to delivery quality work on time 

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Drivers Licence and vehicle

·         Supply own basic tools of trade. We supply a large inventory of specialised equipment.

Remuneration is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
