Description The Opportunity: Our Global Pursuit Team have a unique opportunity available for a Major Pursuits Senior Manager to join a high impact pursuit team in Brisbane or Sydney on a permanent basis. The Global Pursuit team are enthusiastic and passionate bidding professionals, unified by a common goal: to ensure that we create a centre of excellence for strategic pursuits that focuses on generating profitable business for the firm. As Major Pursuits Senior Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our most strategic opportunities and guiding partners, lawyers and advisory teams through all aspects of pursuit execution. Beyond pursuits, you will contribute to the overarching pursuit team strategy and execute a range of strategic transformation projects to bring our value proposition to life. This senior role has three direct manager-level reports, and leadership responsibilities to junior team members. About you: The successful candidate will have; Previous experience in a senior pursuit and/or senior bid role in legal services environment. Exceptional capability in leading pursuits, including stakeholder engagement and project management skills, and a proven ability to successfully manage complex work-winning processes. Leadership and managerial experience. Extensive experience of developing win strategies, with an ability to successfully articulate themes, differentiators and benefits. Client focused and passion for bids and pursuits strongly aligned to clients' needs. A firm understanding of legal or professional services practices, products and the legal competitive landscape, gained from previous experience within the legal or professional services sector.
