Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advertising and marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Advise management on advertising strategies to reach target markets and promote orthodontic services effectively.

Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and digital assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Create, schedule and publish content across social media platforms, websites and email newsletters.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing services.

Analyse marketing data, campaign performance and digital insights to inform decision-making.

Provide regular reports, recommendations and insights to management.

Recommend updates to website and digital content to improve SEO and user experience.

Advise on marketing elements such as product mix, pricing, sales promotion and distribution channels.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the marketing field.

Demonstrated marketing experience, ideally within a healthcare, dental or service-based environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics tools and content management.

Excellent communication, copywriting and creative content skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
