Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will perform a broad range of marketing and strategic functions, including but not limited to:
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote the organisation’s digital services and support business growth objectives, policies and programs that drive targeted web traffic and verifiable ROI.
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns across digital platforms including social media, search engines, websites, and online media channels to increase brand visibility by architecting comprehensive Google ads, Meta Ads and SEO strategies and client engagement
- Provide professional advice to management and clients on marketing strategies, promotional activities, and advertising approaches to effectively reach targeted audiences.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for new digital marketing services via keyword gap assessments and continuous A/B testing frameworks.
- Analyse campaign performance, website analytics, and customer engagement data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and improve results.
- Analysing data regarding consumer patterns and preferences using advanced platforms like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and native ad managers.
- Assess consumer behaviour and market conditions to identify changes in demand and recommend appropriate marketing strategies.
- Collect and review marketing and statistical data to support planning, decision-making, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials including digital advertisements, website content, social media campaigns, and promotional resources.
- Support business growth by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing programs and client promotion strategies.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, services, and target markets through research and analysis of industry trends.
- Provide input on marketing decisions including pricing, service positioning, promotional methods, and distribution channels to ensure client landing pages and digital funnels are optimised for maximum conversion.
- Monitor advertising and marketing activities to ensure campaigns meet performance objectives and deliver value to clients.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide recommendations to management to improve campaign performance and achieve commercial outcomes.
- Liaise with designers, developers, content creators, and media providers to ensure marketing projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and budgets.
