Leading and mentoring a tight-knit team of driven consultants Managing and expanding an established client portfolio - including site visits and account strategy Driving business development and delivering outstanding recruitment solutions

Maintaining high standards in candidate care, compliance, and service across temp and perm roles Collaborating closely with leadership to achieve team and individual KPIs What you'll bring to the table: Previous experience working in a recruitment agency environment is essential

At least 12 months' experience in a client-facing or account management recruitment role Strong experience recruiting for a temp desk Prior leadership or mentoring experience

A solid track record of meeting KPIs and growing business Top-notch communication, organisational and problem-solving skills A proactive, energetic mindset with a genuine love for people and teamwork
